Fantastic staff! I have truly enjoyed and LOVED every class and instructor so far!! I'm excited to continue trying new classes and challenging/loving my body in new ways!!! I have been teaching classes as an independent contractor for this gym since it opened. Amazing members, friendly staff, and great owner who do really care. It is honor to be a part of this community and to work for Shawn and David. I look forward to teaching each class and, honestly, I am blessed each time because of the amazing women there around me. Love this place I just started yesterday and I love the environment and the ladies there are so nice I love the workouts on the machines I give it a rate of 5 I'm glad I made the choice to get a membership there!
Very clean and well-managed. I love that this is a locally-owned business and not a large chain or franchise. I also love that I can feel comfortable knowing I am in a place that is just women only. Thank you Girlfriends Fit club for being a part of our Holland Community!
