Girasole is an amazing Italian restaurant and we always make sure to eat there when visiting Atlantic City.
Had 8:45 PM reservations for a party of 12. Hostess was clueless. Deceptive and lied to us. Overbooked. Insouiant and cavalier attitude. Waited 45 minutes and walked out. No sense of responsibility of management or wait staff. So many angry patrons. Doesn't matter how good the food is.......if you can't manage the expectations of your clients and at least show a modicum of interest in caring for them and mollofying them then what is the point of being in the business.
