Atrocious, deceptive, self-serving. They will promise you to “call back”. Do not for a second believe Girard Sharp, and Manahil Rizvi in particular. House of self-serving cards, all of it. They won’t bother with so much as a callback. Extremely prominent examples of lying, cowardice, and misrepresentation. Take your lawsuit elsewhere. Unless you are a guaranteed win for them, you are nothing to them. Got it? Good.
Never received juul payout. Me and my brother both filled it out the requirements, using the same information that we had both used. He received his and I did not mine. And no further information. Very interesting. But I bet this shady lawyer has lined to their pockets. Attached is his. But mine...non existent.
I was apart of the Juul class action I did everything the right way only to get denied multiple times...ITS UNFAIR PEOPLE WITH ZERO PROOF OF ANYTHING RECEIVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUT THE REAL VICTIMS LIKE MYSELF GET DENIED
The attorney does not respond and has no interest in solving any client issues . As long as it gets paid it does not care about its client issues even after they have failed to follow the process as outlined by the courts. I would not advise anybody to work or do any business with this attorney
I submitted a claim for JUUL in 2023, received an email to verify payment method in October 2024. Never received any updates despite emailing for updates. I was finally told today I was denied. Which is well after the dispute form deadline 12/2024. What an absolute joke!
