I attempted to contact your office to schedule a visit with Dr. Michael Kimball. However, the staff’s behavior during the call was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. In particular, a staff member named Heidi Hart spoke to me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner and explicitly stated, “You are not welcome at our clinic,” without providing any clear reason. She then abruptly ended the call by hanging up on me. This experience was unacceptable and caused me significant distress as a patient.
Update, Heidi the office manager got back to me and was very helpful. Carina and Amy also followed up with me. There were some issues with emergencies and miscommunications over the past two weeks, which is why I was having difficulty getting through. However, after the team followed up with me, it is understandable and I am satisfied that my situation is being addressed appropriately. I made an appointment for the La Jolla office on 8/20 for 12:30 pm as a new patient and they knew I was a new patient. The person I talked to did not advise me that I would need to pay for parking and that this practice does not validate parking. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET as I was not able to stay for my appointment as I would not have enough money to pay for parking.
