In the past 6 months I have had issues requiring me to seek medical attention from GIRARD Orthopedics. Every phone call, every office visit, from all staff, nurses, and doctors have been most helpful, kind, and empathetic. I feel very comfortable and confident.

When I made a respectful complaint regarding treatment from the office personnel, the Dr called me to say that i should find a new place to get treatment!! When I explained to him that all I was doing was complaining that the office never returned, phone calls, even after having left 11 messages!!! His only response was to be defensive and offer a referral to another orthopedist. Don’t go here, they do not treat you well in the office, and the doctor absolutely does not care about his individual patients, only about getting ... read more
