I made an appointment for the La Jolla office on 8/20 for 12:30 pm as a new patient and they knew I was a new patient. The person I talked to did not advise me that I would need to pay for parking and that this practice does not validate parking. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET as I was not able to stay for my appointment as I would not have enough money to pay for parking.
