Our sales person was amazing!!! But the rest of this place is shit it toke a month to get our registration, then when they “detailed” our car it still didn’t even look good after being there for 5 hours, then they messed up our oil change and still haven’t fixed our windshield that was promised to be fixed. Will not ever come back to purchase a car from here.
Bought a Nissan Rouge and it has very very sucky gas mileage, Every time I complained they came up with a New excuse,,, I have a average 23.6 since I had it and the salesman told me I would average 28 .That is the only reason I bought it.I have almost 13000 miles now and it still sucks But it is like you bought it sucker now its your problem hahahahahaha Jokes on you. What a mistake this car was Salesman lied about mileage now I am stuck with this gas Hog VERY VERY UNSATIFIED CUSTOMER
I was very pleased with my recent service visit at Girard Nissan. I brought my '07 Frontier in for an oil change plus inspection of various other items because I'd received a coupon in the mail. The service department staff were ALL friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was given a run down of what would be inspected and what the final cost should be. When the work was completed (in a most timely manner), everything was discussed with me and I left there a very satisfied customer. WELL DONE!
Very happy with my purchase. My salesman Douglas worked for me. He was very personable and was nice getting to know him. Financing was a breeze and the numbers were on point. They didn't mysteriously grow like they do at other places. Thanks again Douglas and Girard.
everyone was friendly and helpful and a much more relaxed atmosphere than Norwich.Rather cross the bridge to go to Girard than Norwich ANYDAY............Still hoping for a new TITAN in July...After the test drive- I was sold...
