Took a month to ground my vehicle and close my Nissan account. Had to break my lease due to military orders, when we called this dealership they said it couldn't be done but when we asked Nissan corporate they did it without a problem. This dealership is unprofessional, rude, condescending and uneducated on their procedures and laws.
This Dealership is First Class!!! Bobby is great. This is my second car from this dealership. They have surpassed my expectations each time I've gone there. They work hard to get you into the car you want. From my sales guy Bobby to Joe to the management staff, hands down the best dealership I've ever been to. My son needed a new vehicle, went in with him and was met by Carlo, Carlo took my son on a test drive with the new AWD Altima. My son loved it, spoke with General Manager Rob, Sales Manager George, assistant sales manager Mike, and Loan Manager Joe, they teamed up and made his first new car a Great Experience a fantastic one, what a dealer Family group.
