Never again my agent was glory i had 120 credit and the house was 99 she was like if yall want fixing yall gonna have to give the 120 so we did and they didnt even fix. She made me pay for a inspector in which till this day i have not recieve the report about my house. My garage dont have the keys and it open on its own .i told her about it cuz she told me the keys was with the house she tell me whatever in misisng i can go buy a replacement. Giraldo Real Estate is by far the worst realtors I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional and unresponsive managers with complete disregard for their tenants. Despite being a consistently responsible tenant who always pays rent on time, they have done everything in their power to make living here complete hell. From major repairs unattended, nonstop ongoing construction and noise, and using aggression and manipulative tactics, I am baffled they are still in business.
Not recommend to any agents or brokers doing buisness with this company. Thay bring me not qualify buyer, lied in the process of transaction. Thank you Rosa Mercado and Carlos Castillion for wasted over 2 months !!
