They get 0 stars! The head guy at Gipson saw one the window screens with a slash across it and didn't bother to investigate or call the police, which was negligent on there part. We have 24 units in our condo and 9 of them were burglarized. he told us it will be safe and secure. I would go with a more trust worthy company.
