this guy overcharge customers way too much, I was told a Keratin treatement is $120, he kept trying to upsell other stuff like hair dye, haircut, and I said no. when it came to payment he tried forcibly to sell me some products. a mask for $55 and a leave in conditioner $26, I refused, he kept offering 16% then 20% and then he said ok total products and Keratin session is $240, I told him, I am sorry it is not in budget I was coming to pay $120 and was going to tip the lady. when I rejected he came up with a different story ... read more
