Just called to place an order, was asked for my address and then was told they closed for the Super Bowl. Don’t answer your phone if you don’t want business.
I used to spend a lot of money at this place. we had one issue and the owner SCREAMED at me and I am STILL waiting on my $29 REFUND. I have NEVER received any food for my money. when you remove money from someone's account without something in return it's called STEALING! Its long past 5-7 business day. the owner won't get on the phone!

Bad delivery service, forgot my drinks last four orders each was over a hour to two hours for delivery and last time promised a refund, still waiting, was good food but going downhill
Turned away from the dining area because there was a small party. No reason to have turned away customers who traveled so far for gluten free pizza. All the tables were not even being used. Very disappointed and will not return!
RecommendedI have generally had good experiences ordering from this location, pizza is great. There are a few issues. The website is terrible and doesn’t work from mobile (iPhone), while picking up an order once A female employee was berating a driver for asking her a question and it made me super uncomfortable and the absolute biggest issue I have is that the delivery driver I had tonight rang my doorbell 5(!) times in 30 seconds while simultaneously calling my phone. DO NOT order from this location. They are so rude! I ordered an online order to the USX steel tower and the website had a drop down option for the downtown location zip code. I then receive a phone call stating that they don't deliver to this location while I was in a meeting. I quickly called back to ask if my order was transferred to the downtown location and was told no. I simply asked why was there was an option to choose this zip code and was told I don't know.
