can't even pay your bill at the store . forcing you to use your checking account. there own representative asked why they weren't taking cash payments at the store. the guy was rude to multiple customers
We have had nothing but problems with our service since we signed up. We do NOT get a signal in most places including our home unless it is ran off the wifi.
As a long time 20 year+ Verizon Wireless Customer, I will say this is the worst customer service in store I have ever had to experience. Ordered my brother a new phone online only for pickup in this Austin location closest to his home due to COVID 2020 (paying off his current phone completely) and the incompetent employee provided no assistance until my brother had to call me several times to assist him, while I was at work. RecommendedRahn Null is the best! He is super knowledgable about every single detail for any device you can think of. He also gives you great support and help. I bug him a lot and at wierd hours but he always comes through. Thanks Rahn, you are the man. He helps you out in a jam and always gives you great options. He helped us with our business account and we got a great deal and a discount based on his recommendation to do the business plan instead of the individual plan. Everyone at this store is also super nice.
