RecommendedA bit busy but that’s normal around bill day.
my brother went into the store, he was the only one inn there, the clerk (catlyn?) was on the computer plus had her eyes glued to 2 other phones, texting, etc. she did not make eye contact with my brother and answered his concerns like he was stupid he can not get his phone to stay turned off. needless to say he left with any satisfactory answers. by the way , my brother is 90 and very alert for his age.
No customer service. Can't find anyone who knows what's going on.
RecommendedMy hairstylist, Stephanie, took a great deal of time and effort on me. I was vague with my request, basically telling her to do whatever. My hair tends to frizz and is naturally curly so I wasn't expecting much. I am so grateful I went. Stephanie did a great job!

Verizon sent me a scratched phone and the store refused to replace it. I was told if the store wouldn't help, I'd have to pay a fee to replace the phone
I was charged Dble for accessory from May 28. my bill was 107.74 for 3 items I swiped my card on that day. today I see a charge for 107.74 from may 28 2020 and then a PENDiNG charge for $107.74 placed at 351pm on June 4th.

Try shipping the phone that was syupposed to ship on May 15th but the order was cancelled with no notice. That is after they had no record of the first call/chat log. Luckily I had that chat log emailed to me but all of a sudden they was able to find it when I gave them the reference number. Looks like it is time to switch.
