This is absolutely the best pizza EVER! I think you should open another location in Jackson, Mississippi! It's a long commute to come to Chicago for pizza, but will definitely be back.
Going to Giordano's today with my sister, nieces and nephews was such a great time. Our server Christine was amazing, very attentive and just absolutely the best. She always made sure that we were okay and had everything we need. The manager Rosalinda was also amazing, greeting and talking to us and making sure that we had a great experience. This is not the first visit and definitely not the last. We will be back for sure. Love this place.
The pizza was pretty good, but the service was so atrocious that I barely even noticed. The kitchen lost our order and the order of the table next to us, and we wound up waiting about two hours and forty-five minutes for our order. We saw other tables just get up and walk out after waiting too long. On top of that, it was very difficult to flag our server down when we needed drinks or wanted an ETA on pizza. Eventually she took our refill order and just never brought the drinks. Such a bad experience.
Delicious! Took 45 minutes to get as it was 11:00pm on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. Worth the wait! I can't wait to return to Chicago for this deep dish pizza pie.
