Best deep dish pizza in the universe! Worth the 40 minute wait but the salads as a appetizer his the spot. Add a bottle of wine and you are in tall cotton!
Service was friendly and efficient. Our waitress offered to serve our pizza for us, replaced our plates after the appetizers, and because we were a large party she brought us carafes of water and Pepsi. They sang happy birthday to my husband in Italian and brought him a wonderful complimentary piece of chocolate cake encrusted with chocolate pieces, dusted with cinnamon, with a small amount of whipped cream on the side! It is not inexpensive fare, but worth every penny.
Soooo very good worth the wait !! I only wish I had some left to take home with me !
Disappointed. Long wait. Pizza crust was gooey. Pie was cold in the middle. Husband was sick afterwards.

Waitress spilled an entire glass of sangria on me, I understand accidents happen. Someone maybe a manager offered me a Giordano Tee Shirt to change into. Never once did anyone mention about having my silk blouse cleaned for me and then charged me for the drink. I went over to the "Manager" and told her I was charged for the drink and her answer was Oh. They may be known for their deep dish pizza but their concern for their guests stinks. Oh and yes we left a tip...which was probably dumb on our part.
