In Chicago for the first time and when we asked where to get traditional Chicago style pizza we were told this place was it!! Seriously delicious, totally worth the hour wait and the pre-order option is nice, our pizza arrived moments after we sat down. Great waiter, great food! Thanks!

Didnt think it was as amazing as everyone says. It was good, but we waited over an hour and a half for our pizza. We were told 45 min, and after a little over an hour our waitress came back and said, "they lost your pizza in the back, it'll be another 20-25 minutes." More than likely she didnt put our order in. I also had my youngest son who is a year old with us. Thankfully he was amazing there. After spending about $75 on drinks appetizers and pizza, i hardly feel like $5 off our bill was noteworthy...
There is a 45 minute wait for stuffed pizza but it is well worth the wait! Great service and friendly staff.
Take a long to been serve but make sure coming early but believe you don't regret it Awesome and delicious pizza
Not only was the pizza great, but the service was amazing. Our waiter, Armano, was very nice and never allowed our drinks to empty before pouring us a new one. The whole staff was very attentive and friendly, which was a nice change from other restaurants we had been to in the area. Good food and great service made the start of our New Year very nice. I would highly recommend Giordano's Rush Street location to others traveling the area or locals looking for a good place to eat!
When we arrived we were told our wait would be 1 hour 15 minutes. They allow you to preorder the pizza so that by the time you are seated your pizza is done. After 1 hour and 40 minutes we were finally seated, we were quickly given drinks and our pizza but because the seating took longer our pizza was barely warm. We were also seated at a table underneath air vent, so we were cold and uncomfortable. Pizza would have been great if it were hot. Wasn't worth the long wait.
