Russ was INCREDIBLY friendly and prompt. He showed up less than an hour after I called him, but was unfortunately unable to assist us due to the nature of the plumbing issue (a 50 ft+ auger snake was needed). He was gracious, charged us nothing for the diagnoses, and connected us with "Drain Saver" in White Plains who took care of the issue in under 45 minutes and for around $300.00, half of what we've been charged before. Giordano DeMaria Plumbing is without question the best plumbing company that I have done business with in many years. They were prompt, inexpensive, polite, and explained everything. If you use other plumbers, you will not get this fantastic service. They are the best by far. Excellent.

I called Russ on a Sunday morning in the middle of a snow storm and he cruised by on short notice to look at a leaky faucet in our kitchen. He identified the problem, fixed it in 30 seconds and then insisted there was no charge. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely use Russ again and can't recommend highly enough.
