At Ginseng we always strive to bring you the best Yoga Instructors that San Diego has to offer in an atmosphere that is welcoming, warm, and supportive. Although we offer a variety of classes and styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Iyengar, Bheemashakti, Kundalini, Pre-Natal) all of our classes share one thing in common: a comfortable safe space in which to explore body, mind and soul.

Ginseng has a great selection of diverse teachers teaching many different types of yoga. A great studio for an unlimited membership as their are many different types of classes to choose from.
I don't know about ginseng yoga. I love ginseng as it's a great adaptogen And stretching feels great!
A studio that truly offers up authentic yoga. I feel so blessed to have found this beautiful place! ☆☆☆☆☆
