At Ginseng we always strive to bring you the best Yoga Instructors that San Diego has to offer in an atmosphere that is welcoming, warm, and supportive. Although we offer a variety of classes and styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Iyengar, Bheemashakti, Kundalini, Pre-Natal) all of our classes share one thing in common: a comfortable safe space in which to explore body, mind and soul.

Ginseng is a gem in South Park. Excellent instructors, friendly staff all in a warm intimate venue and atmosphere.
Zoom class ...Was like being there in Southpark (almost) Robert made a really great connection with each individual, was skilled at reading, addressing, and supporting every participants' needs in class. Great connection with my fellow classmates as well!
Sound healing with Nicole is amazing!
