Great Dealership Bought my Ford F-250 from Stephanie at Ginn Chevrolet. Although she was new as a sale's person she did a great job and I was very satisfied with my purchase and experience. Mark with finance was also very knowledgeable and assisted me and my wife with different options available and what was best for us. This was the second car we have bought from Ginn and it was so pleasant to be able to call our salesman and tell him what we were looking for. Daryl was not pushy and did a wonderful job following up after our first car. That is why we went back to him. When we bought our first car the owner came out and talked to us for about 15 minutes. Great Customer Service Service department is great. They made sure my issues were taken care of and followed up to make I was satisfied.
Service department has poor customer service. The service department is not very professional at all. I had a scheduled appointment which was made 3 days ahead of time. My appointment was at 8am on 9/15/2014. I arrived at 7:55 am. One of the service techs pulled up my information and advised me that he had to see if he had the part because they may have used them all on other cars.
