If you are needing an inspection, don't bother looking elsewhere. Alex is incredible. He's extremely thorough and catches things you wouldn't even think to see. His true gift is explaining what he finds and various options on how to fix it correctly, or even if you need to worry about it. Seriously, there are some folks who just get it right from the getgo, and Alex is one of them. Highly recommended.

Alex came out and conducted an inspection of a home we were looking to purchase in the Kansas City metro area. Having been through the home buying process before, this was the most thorough inspection we have ever had. Alex did a wonderful job on our home inspection. As a first time home buyer, he kept the report simple and understandable! While we were there, he gave us the option to walk around with him.
