Although I was not present at the time of our inspection, my boyfriend was and I was surprised that such a detailed and organized report was in my email the same evening. I was elated when my bf said he only paid the flat fee as posted in the website. Another inspector would have billed us minimum $200 more due to other conditions and location of the home. We will be recommending you because there is nothing hidden about a Gingles inspection!
I'll give credit to them on the thorough inspection, gave great insight on some things. However, to criticize original construction as handyman quality seemed unwarranted seeing as how the house passed original inspection with flying colors. Lastly, as a seller I wasn't very happy with the mess that was left in my jet tub, footprints in my shower, and some of my kids toys thrown outside that were inside.
I have used Alex on several inspections in 2017. He does a great job and all buyer's were very happy with his report and informational presentation. Keep up the good work!!
