My family stopped into the shop on Saturday around 5:30-6pm approximately. When we entered the store, the salesperson was watching a video and never once acknowledged our presence. There was a beautiful rosary that caught my eye. However, we left. I refuse to spend my money, when no one offers help or friendliness. You lost a sale. Perhaps it was our appearances or dress. I don’t know. Talk and engage with customers.
Found a nice cross pendant for a great price. I do think the chains are kind of small and tough to clip in. Eileen was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect piece. I think anyone could find a nice charm or jewel to wear here.
