Our service was excellent but for the first time since we started going there, our food was over and undercooked. The taco salad meat was overcooked where the hamburger was in hard clumps and the cheese sauce was not appeasing. The pretzel being homemade was nice but the amount of crab and cheese mix was so much less compared to how much bread there was. I think the waitresses are very rude . every time we ordered something I had to remind her 2 times and then she say I'm sorry about that. I asked for ketchup and waited 10 minutes I finally got up and got it myself. your food is great your staff needs more direction towards the customers
The worst customer service! We had a reservation for 6pm for 6 people. The hostess said “just to let you know, we have a reservation for that table at 7:45.” I have never had a hostess say that to me, anywhere. It was extremely rude and we felt rushed to eat our food and leave, we didn’t even get dessert! My family was there to celebrate a birthday and such a disappointing birthday dinner it was!! NEVER AGAIN!
Awesome place to meet after work! Food and drinks are great...and prices are spectacular!!! I have a great time every time I go!!!
