Ben @ Gimpel was friendly and informative and completed the job wth our malfunctioning smoke alarms without any hassles. I have used them a couple of times and would recommend them.
Ben did a phenomenal job! He went above and beyond to get the job done, and we couldn't be happier. He is very thorough in the work he does and he has absolutely fantastic attention to detail. We are really thrilled with the work he did. Ben was also very honest and respectful.
