Tim helps me out with the whole process of buying a Condo. Not only that, he is also the agent I use for selling my Condo when I am moving out of state (to Utah). The condo was sold within a couple weeks on the market, and when I am already in Utah, he co-ordinate with moving company, took care of negotiation with the buyer. He makes my moving process to be seamless. I barely need to do anything except for preparing the condo for show. Definitely highly recommend him for all of your real-estate needs.
