Ernesto, Darcy and their team were amazing. The whole experience was incredibly professional- from the consultation, to pickup and delivery, coordinating with my building regarding insurance. Communication was great every step of the way. They didn’t just recover my 20-year-old sectional. They improved the cushions and added new lumbar pillows and it’s like having a completely new piece of furniture. In addition to all of that, they were fast! They turned it around in just a few weeks!
Wonderful reupholster of host / hostess dining chairs and now a large ottoman. I am a designer and my expectations are high and Darcy delivered! Pick up and delivery very good just make sure if in a condo building you reserve the elevator to coordinate.
