Dr Fynn was insensitive, insulting and lacks understanding of holistic health. She is not a mother (or if she is, she is the type of mother that never mentions her children) and does not seem to sympathize with the demanding, wonderful and difficult path of motherhood. I will never return to Cary Healthcare Associates now that their best Dr in the practice has left to start her own practice. Hiring Nicola Fynn was a poor choice.
Horrible policies and customer service. Takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone and makes requirements on how often you need to come in. Last I checked, i'm the one that determines how often I see the doctor, not the doctor. They can make suggestions but requiring certain number of visits is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend their practice to anyone, wife had similar experience and left them before I did.
Cary Healthcare Associates has been such a blessing to me and my family. All of the providers are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Because of their level of experience I am able to get most of my needs handled in office (without expensive specialist fees). I have never had a problem getting an appointment and am able to get in quickly. Front desk staff and phone staff are friendly and helpful. It is so important to have a place that you trust and feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office!
