Breakfast at Blue Gilly's is something to look forward to. Fantastic menu selection and variety. I know the secret ingredient in the pancakes but I won't tell. They are very. Very good. The menu has many gluten-free options and they are clearly marked on the menu with a "GF". The blue hill is currently farm raised in Canada and is a clean, moist whitefish with a very mild flavor. Delicious. Try to make it here if you get the opportunity.
Found this place 4 years ago on a trip to Chicago. Finally made it back Easter weekend. (16 hours from home). Still my favourite place for breakfast
Great place !!The pancakes are excellent with choice of regular different flavors and gluten free Great service. I love that they keep your coffee filled
