I cannot believe such an incredible Gluten Free restaurant exists in the middle of rural Wisconsin! There were so many choices, it was hard to choose. And the prices (even for GF options) were more than reasonable. I had the pancakes which did not disappoint. I can’t WAIT to try the biscuits & gravy!! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, and the food was great. We don’t live in the area, but we’ll be back for sure!
I think I fell in love with Blue Gilly's. Awesome gluten free food. The staff were amazing. Fast ,great ,gluten free and friendly. Checks off all that my boxes. Non gluten free food as well.
