Bought a Dodge Dart from these guys was told car was in good condition upon inspection found out all tires were shot including one with a quarter sized hole and another so weather cracked it was a surprise it was held together so after pay 6k for the car 3 days later had to pay 550 for brand new tires call to ask him why he wouldn’t tell us he continued to make up lies and tell me he told me they were bad but online in the description of car it said good tires hmmmm... fishy fishy won’t ever buy another car from here again h... read more
RecommendedI don't understand all the negative reviews for this place. If you buy a used car, do your due diligence! Plain and simple. I bought a car here 5-6 weeks ago and actually towed it home on a U-Haul trailer. Why? Because I knew it wouldn't make it a mile out of Rochester, but was perfect for what I needed. Never buying from Gillys Auto again. I bought a pretty inexpensive car and had my mechanic look it over before I bought it. When I bought the car I knew it needed maybe $650 in repairs. However a bunch of hidden things were wrong with it and I discovered this after the 5 day money back guarantee was up. We just got a car for our son and hardly recommend this amazing dealer, Gilly is an amazing guy I really love it this place . They have nice cars and the attention is wonderful!!
When we first got there we were approached by another customer who gave us a warning as his brother was returning a car he just bought took our vehicle for a test drive things were wrong with it.. later I called back to talk to him about it and he was so rude to me I ended up hanging up on him ....I wouldn't buy a car from him if he was giving them away!!!!
We've purchased two cars from Gilly's now, and have been very happy with both. Would definitely buy from him again.
