We thought we were getting an excellent deal on our new Honda Pilot and working with great people. I absolutely love my car but when it comes down to trying to get things repaired on a car that we have only had for 3 weeks that shouldn't need repairs is ridiculous. The service department guys are very rude and disrespectful. When you spend that much money and choose to buy a vehicle from their location you would think you would get a little more respect. Just plain terrible and awful. Last place to ever buy a vehicle.
We were quoted a price from Gillman and asked to come in to make the purchase. When we arrived, we were told that the price did not include the "mandatory dealer options" that must be paid on top of the price we were quoted by Gillman. When we told them that we wanted a basic car, we were told that we will be forced to take the dealer options. When we told them no, we were rudely approached by a manager who was so furious at us that he came into the office quoted "this is how it's going to be" and rudely handed a paper for u... read more
