Waiting for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and finding greasy hand marks all over the cabin makes for a poor service experience.
Amazing staff. Every time my family visits this dealer, we leave with satisfaction like no other store can provide. Great service and extremelly friendly staff. The service department is also top notch. A little small but they work around it and get me out quickly. We have purchased a total of 9 cars from them over 6 years.

I was a customer at Gillman Honda Rosenberg until just a few weeks ago. But incidents that occurred and the disrespectful treatment by the Service Manager and his advisor when they failed to properly care for my vehicle is a disappointment. Worst deceive team ever. Just found out after bringing the car in 5 times they're is a chance the car could have caught in fire. Last time to ever buy from here.
My husband and I went in to Gillman Honda of Fort Bend and had an awesome experience. Aldo and Marco were two of the best people that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I've been a customer of GHFB for three years. I started with a Civic, then went to a Pilot, now I'm in an Accord. Each time I've dealt with them, they have been completely honest and upfront.
