they had me drive all the way out there for nothing told me if I came in it would be difficult to finance me but he (Omar would try hard to get me a car ..guess what I was there a whole 5 minutes and they sent me on my way what a waste of my time at their request

Hazel (not sure of her name, blonde hair) "miscommunicated" with the guy replacing my recall. Told her it was not a drop off, I had an appointment and needed to be out as soon as possible. Noticed my car hadn't been moved after 1 1/2 hours so I asked the manager why and he was able to get my car taken back immediately to get started on. Awesome service except for lady in parts department who put my paperwork in.
