Very disappointed in them. They held a tractor for someone else for at least 3 or 4 days then call me an tell me its available. They knew I was on my way and and they sold it to someone else.
Cody and the rest of the guys are the most helpful people. My tractor is a PITA and I'm always stopping in and asking them questions. There are multiple dealers that are closer to me but none of them will help like the guys here.
Beyond poor service. Tractor In for generator not charging battery. 1. They Rebuilt generator I already had rebuilt. 2. Had a 8v battery in tractor for 30+ years and it started just fine, but they blame me as to why tractor won’t start. 3. They Had tractor from October to March to fix battery starting issue. Now that is slow!! 4. Got a different story from manager every time I called on status. 5. Two Managers unwilling to back up their poor service. I’m out $800, and the battery still doesn’t charge. 6.
