Husband and I sat down. A waitress took our drink order said she would be back. We waited 15 mins she never returned. They were not busy at all they even started to get mops out to clean while my husband and I sat looking right at them. Been here a zillion times not usually this bad but today Gillies has lost my business. Think about a better crew before your whole business goes under Gillies.

We always dine in and have good service , tonight it took over 5 mins to be greeted and we got our food , there was a hair in my husbands food , also, Our waitress hadnt even checked on us one time after recieving our food , we was ready to leave and couldnt get my waitresses attention, i went up to her and asked twice for the bill, she clearly seen me and ignored me , another waitress was right there and said we will get your bill for you , she brought the bill over and apologized ,because they was real busy, there was only... read more

Usually my mom and I go there and get good food and service.... but not tonite. After attending a funeral in town and wanting something to eat and unwind from the circumstances. We got there at 6:00- Sat down and waitress gave us menus and said she would be back in a minute. All the staff looked at us-as the 3 waitresses stood at the end of the counter chit-chatting . Never came over to get a drink order or food order. We walked out at 6:15. I work in the service industry as a server... I understand...but they were not busy.... read more
