Don't bother getting in touch with Gillian's via facebook or their website. If my experience is anythingto go on, they won't answer you. You'd think a professional jeweller operating in the Twenty First Century would get back to someone who messaged them more than once about an antique piece ... Slick social media profile - yes. Responsiveness to potential customers - zero. Pathetic effort, Gillian's.

Kori and Shan helped us to customise a 18K gold bangle and it was just fabulous. 100% recommended.
DONT GO HERE. She checked claws on my Gold Diamond solitaire ring. Told me it’s fine. 3 weeks later Diamond fell out. Luckily Diamond was found . Ring taken into shop. She looked at ring saying SETTING IS THIN AND WEAK !! Asked her … how can that be possible!! She shrugged shoulders!! She told me 2 weeks for repair $285 . They had my ring for 3 MONTHS!
