Had a great experience with Dr Galloway. Took care my issue with a no nonsense approach and had great bed side manner. He put me at ease and took care of business. His office staff is excellent as well. I would highly recommend using Dr Galloway.

I recently had a hernia repaired by Dr Galloway. He answered all of my questions before the surgery and I am now healing nicely. I was very pleased that this simple procedure was done on an outpatient basis in Dr.Galloway's own building/surgery facility across the street from Scripps Hospital, Encinitas. There was plenty of parking very close to his office. His office is pleasant and his staff are competent and helpful.

My experience with Dr. Galloway was phenomenal. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He performed a laparoscopic removal of my gallbladder that has helped more than I expected. His office members are very polite and professional. He has improved my quality of life greatly.

I was fortunate to have Dr. Gillian Galloway repaired my umbilical hernia in an outpatient surgery at Scripps in Encinitas. I was referred to him by my primary physician Dr. Binh Lieu. I found he had an impressive background, when I did a search for him on the internet. In our first meeting I found him to be personable and professional. The day of the surgery, at Scripps Encinitas, I found Dr. Galloway and everyone else at Scripps to be helpful and efficient.

After a severe medical emergency last year I needed corrective surgery. My PCP promised to find me a good surgeon and she came thru by referring me to Dr. Galloway. Thanks to his patience and expertise, I am back to my normal self. I would recommend him without hesitation.

As a medical student who has rotated with numerous physicians, Dr. Galloway was among the best. During my 4 weeks rotation, I was constantly inspired by Dr. Galloway. In all his appointments, he takes his time to explain risks/benefits/alternatives to procedures as well as answering all of the patients questions. He genuinely cares about his patients and is willing to go beyond to make sure they receive the same care he would provide his own family.

Dt. Galloway took excellent care of our daughter when she needed an appendectomy in December 2016. He saw her in the ED at SMHE, and within seconds we were all comfortable and confident she was in the best hands possible. I work for Scripps and couldn't be happier with the entire process from the time we checked in, to the time we were discharged from 2North the following morning. We saw Dr. Galloway a week later for her follow up, and that was it! No issues at all! Thank you Dr. Galloway!

I met with Dr Galloway regarding a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. I found him to be friendly, patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and put me at ease. Dr Galloway was able to schedule my procedure quickly using his outpatient surgical center right next door. The surgery was went flawlessly, and my recovery was fast, and without incident. My complements also to his staff. Again, very kind, caring and professional. Dr Galloway is my 1st contact in the future
