Dr. Galloway performed an urgent laparoscopic colectomy and appendectomy on me in Encinitas. He had the most calming, friendly bedside manner. He explained why the surgery needed to be done and informed me of the risks associated with not having it fixed. Before the surgery, Dr. G reconfirmed what he would be doing and even joked with me easing my fears. The follow up visit was no different. It was as though I was talking with a friend. I am blessed with such a caring, down to earth doctor.
At the end of October 2018, I had an emergency situation that resulted in abdominal surgery performed by Dr. Galloway and an amazing team. Dr. Galloway was remarkable from beginning to end. He informed me about the diagnosis, the options and how he would approach it very clearly, giving me space to think and decide. I highly recommend considering Dr. Galloway when in need for surgery, his professionalism and kindness make a big difference.
Dr. Galloway is extremely friendly and caring. He made me feel confident and relaxed about my surgery. I highly recommend him and his fine office staff who were all responsive and helpful.

I had stage 2 A , Mailgnant Melanoma, in my back. Dr. Galloway did my extensive surgical procedure, removing all of the cancer tissue, as well as a lymph node excision. From my initial consultation with Dr. Galloway, I felt very confident in his abilities, he put my mind at ease, he explained what I should expect, and he told me, he would cure me. ....2 weeks later, all of my pathology reports were excellent, no cancer left. He did cure me, and was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr. G.
My experience with Dr Galloway was excellent ,he takes time to listen and very easy to talk to , his office staff are professional and friendly , appointments were easy to schedule and on time. A huge thanks to Dr Galloway ! I would recommend him to friends and family.
Had an umbilical hernia that I lived with for 15+ years, finally was becoming too painful too much of the time. Dr. Galloway operated and the next day, even after the operation, was feeling better. Two weeks after the operation I'm feeling great and just waiting to be cleared so I can get back to tennis. Dr Galloway and his staff were all great, put me at ease. I highly recommend you to use this doctor and surgery center.
