We went to this clinic through Care in the Community through the VA. The doctor was great and the optic department person was good. We picked out frames and ordered the glasses. We were told everything would be taken care of and the glasses would arrive in about a month. It's been over a month and we've seen nothing of the glasses. When I called, I was told there was no record of the order and I'd need to call the VA. I did and the order for the glasses was never sent from the clinic to the VA.
