After the cold and downright rude behavior of the proprietor and staff after my nephew's death, I will NEVER recommend this funeral home. You are in the business of compassion, try showing some.
Treated my family HORRIBLY after the suicide of my 16 year old son. Cold, callus and downright cruel to my children and I ~ we ended up going through Kinkade in Stugis. Gillette Memorial Chapel was kind enough to let us stand in 22 degree weather in their parking lot to say goodbye to my deceased son but not before they shut off all exterior lights. As told to us by Kevin “they are running a business” and fair enough ~ but a little compassion to someone grieving goes a long ways
