Be wary of an auto shop full with young mechanics. They make lots of mistakes. These folks stripped the bolts on my intake manifold and then tried to charge me to replace the whole intake. Shady place. I wouldn't recommend going to an untrustworthy business especially one that works on your car.

I can't say enough good things about this family owned and run business. I travel across the country for business and needed help today. They were extremely courteous on the phone when I called. The tow truck got me there late in the day (1-1/2 hours late) and they still greeted me openly. They diagnosed the "no start" issue on my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer, ordered the starter, and repaired the truck in no time. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone. This is by far one of the best places to go and have your vehicle serviced. Linda, one of the owners is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She has gone out of her way on every one of my visits to ensure that I get a good price for the parts I need, and doesn't overcharge like other places. The staff is so friendly and treat you like one of the family. They save me $600.00 on my vehicle repairs that I didn't have they told me about the air check texas program and I got everything fixed and a state inspection if I hadn't stop by for my check engine light was on I would have had to come up with the money . All I payed was the $39.75 for the inspection and $30.00 co pay. I would recommend Gillette Automotive to all my friends and family they are honest and reliable people.

This is a shop that does what they say and charges as they estimated. If you have to have any other thing done, they always call before repairing. I appreciate their honesty and good work. I tell all my friends about Gillette.

I was heading to NC when my alternator went. They appreciated my situation, made a quick diagnosis, rushed a new alternator and got me on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone local or on the road. Compliments to them for a job well done.
