RecommendedTook long at first ladies in reception area had me waiting for an hour just sitting i had put my name down on tablet n i did have an appointment I went up n asked n from there it all changed..eyes checked..drops in eyes (i am diabetic) Was given prescription by Dr n sent to frame dept Now here was greeted by Rosie..a very sweet n attentive young girl. Chose my frames with her help n recommended the best. Thank you..Rosie...💖

Doctor gave no time for questions. He was in a hurry, and rushed the consultation. It's not surprising since he was taking in more patients than what he could obviously handle. He didn't inform me of the exams that were performed nor the results of it, just on one. I went in for a comprehensive exam yet one of the tests he only performed on one eye. Very disappointed, definitely will not be going to him again.
I was standing and told to sit down because I had too! I ignored the lady and continued my day assuming that, shes having a bad day. I was having a conversation w my husband about a call that he received and I told my husband some things and I think the lady assumed it was about her. I was absolutely appauled at the drama the worker caused. Really quick i was asked to leave about something she assumed. I was not close too her nor even know this dramatic female. I really believe the staff needs class mannerisms.
Worst experience. After 3 hours when I had already the consultation then they tell me they didn’t accept my insurance so I had to pay � This should of been said before the consultation!!
Was diagnosed with cataracts in houston and had to wait a year for them to call me for surgery with Gillett the same day he told me im ready for surgery and in less than two months both of my eyes were perfect thanks to him my eyesight now is 20/20
