It is a place for elderly and disabled people who are on a limited income. I have lived here for a little over 10 years now. Sometimes, it seems a little like high school because people gossip, and they do not mind their own business, including myself. I have really tried to do some good around here, but a lot of people do not appreciate it. It can be better, though.
