Kiddy (service dept) promised to call me back the next day, regarding torque specifications on my Cadillac. Didn’t receive a callback.
Left my truck for an oil change and they were able to add in a tire rotation, Kitty was super friendly. Thank you! They don’t do complimentary car wash
Review everything in detail because these guys are text book sleezy car salesmen.
The lady at the front desk was nice and professional but one of the workers there who works on the cars had an attitude when I asked him a question, he was wearing a grey charcoal shirt with shades on, a Caucasian man, and also on the driver side door the paint was chipped off which it didn’t have when I got there. Also found grease on the door handle inside.
Our experience was fast an easy. Kitty was very helpful and friendly.
