I have been seeing Dr. Bisla for 14yrs. During her absence, Dr. Gill provided me with care that ultimately discovered a tumor. Their due diligence, patience in answering questions and caring nature with excellent referrals are all that is needed to feel confident that my health is their priority.
We have met with Dr. Bisla several times now that we have changed health care providers. Both my wife and I absolutely love her, and are more than satisfied. She is compassionate, caring, thorough, and listens to our concerns. Her expertise has come in handy is helping us with our health care issues and resolution. We highly recommend Dr. Bisla to our friends and family.
Gill and Bisla clinic misguided me at every step. Be it diagnosis, lab tests or billing. During my annual physical, the doctor wrote blood tests for me which I didn’t ask for. They assured me that they've confirmed the tests will be covered by my insurance. I ended up paying $500 for those tests. They also billed me $125 for a 10 minute teleconsultation for which the doctor was late by 20 minutes. They prescribed me over the counter Vitamin D pills during this teleconsultation. Dr.Gill easy to communicate with. Listens well. Very thorough.
The guy is awful. I have had the same experience as the others who stated that he shows little interest in assisting his patients, asks no questions, and tries to rush you off the office with some pills and referrals without understanding your concerns. I would not recommend him to anyone.
I have been seeing Dr. Bisla close to 7 years now and I am TOTALLY pleased with her care and interest in my well being. I do believe the lady has an unbelievable memory..., this she uses as her computer as she doesn't seem to rely on anything else. I have referred several people to her and have not had any complaints. Her husband Dr. Gill is her partner in the practice and I have had occasion to see him. I am very comfortable knowing them.
Dr. Gill asks thought provoking questions, and he listens to the response. He exudes patience, knowledge, and professionalism. He has recommended top notch referrals.
