This Dr offered to put tube feed in my husband when he was in comfort care only. He followed us after my husband was moved to a non surgerical unit to do this. Additionally, while in his care I attempted to schedule family meetings with him on several occasions after my husband surgery but he was never available to meet with us.

Dr. Whalen performed Whipple surgery --8 years ago--on my boyfriend Robert Douglass with 5 year outlook for chronic pancreatitis and 8 years later hopefully he made it in a medical journal.! ❤
Dr. Whalen is an amazingly accomplished surgeon and practitioner with a remarkable bedside manner. I can recommend him without reservation from both a medical and a personal standpoint.
