Todd and his team did an outstanding job on our deck! The original deck built onto this home was too small. Todd worked with our vision of screening in our existing covered deck then expanding it to be an open-air deck off the back of the house. The end result is a deck we didn't dream possible. We just keep saying "This deck changed our house!" - and it sure did. Todd's crews were professional, courteous, efficient, detailed, and tidy! Thank you to Gilday Construction for an excellent job very well done!!!
Flawless siding upgrade, incredible communication, and a spotless finish! Gilday Construction was amazing from start to finish! Great communication after the initial quote, clear updates before each step, and quick adjustments when we had requests. They don’t work Sundays (which we appreciate!) but still finished on time. Our new siding solved all the problems with our old, cracked cedar, and we’ve gotten so many compliments from neighbors. They left our place cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend!
Todd was attentive to our wants/needs at all times and really did a nice job on our house. We will use him again!

After Gilday did my A-frame roof framing, I had them install the roofing. They were fast and of good quality and did I have a long wait for them to get on-site.
