A Complaint Process Led to My Termination I cannot recommend the Northeast Community Clinic at 1414 S Grand Ave in Los Angeles. My experience there was incredibly unprofessional and left me without necessary medical care. After raising several complaints about my medical issues, the clinic chose to terminate my services rather than address the problems.
