Dr. Gilchrist is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. She really knows her stuff! You do have to get past the front office person, Camille, but hopefully you'll get her daughter instead. Be persistent. It's worth it.
Terrible, and frustrating. I called to make an appt, and the receptionist rushed me through it, saying i didn't need to give her my insurance information until i got there. I didn't receive a confirmation call, (where i wanted to ask a few questions). since i completely cold called this place, i actually forgot who i was seeing, and went to the wrong office.....i finally figured it out, got there, soaked b/c i was in such a rush, and lo and behold......i needed a doctor's referral!!!!
