Great seafood place by the ferry
Gilberts has a small, but excellent menue. Good food and service!

Excellent chowder. I’m at a loss to say which is better, theirs or the chowder bowls on the Warf at San Francisco but the sourdough bowls there give em’ an edge. All in all the best place the get chowder in Maine as far as I can tell.

Pulled Pork and cole slaw is amazing! Loved every bite. The staff is great and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended if u want a great atmosphere for a pleasent sit down and grub! If we r ever in Portland again we will be back.
